Xavier brings over 15 years of international experience in financial services and system integration. With a robust background in digital transformation and equipment finance, he has successfully delivered complex projects for European banks across France, the Netherlands, and Italy.
Before founding Invigors Digital, Xavier held key management roles, including Business Development Director at a top 5 system integration firm in Italy and Altran (acquired by Capgemini). He also worked for the French financial markets regulator (AMF), managing relationships with BNP Paribas Group. Xavier’s career further includes over six years as International Business Development Director at Lutech Spa, where he led the expansion into international markets such as France, Spain, Portugal, and Benelux, focusing on Fintech solutions for leasing, loans, factoring, and asset management.
Xavier is passionate about business development, cross-border organisations, and empowering teams to achieve their potential. A former Track & Field athlete, he thrives on challenges and is always open to new opportunities and connections’.
