With over 25 years of international experience, Hugo brings a strong strategic vision and a pragmatic approach to business transformation. His background spans Audit, Business Strategy, Change Management, and leading Pan-European transformation projects, including leasing software implementation and setting up captive, joint venture, and in-house funding solutions. He has also managed multi-billion Euro portfolios through strategic leasing partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Throughout his career, Hugo has held leadership roles at major companies such as PwC, CVC Cinven/Smurfit Kappa, Canon Netherlands, and Canon Europe. Most recently, he was the Head of Customer Financing EMEA at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he led a high-performing team and built a robust customer financing function across EMEA.
