Maher brings over a decade of experience in the equipment and auto finance industry, with a strong background in business controlling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and IFRS practices. During his time at DLL, Maher held finance leadership roles across France, the UK, the Netherlands, and the Nordics, where he helped lay the foundation for the company’s strategic financial planning processes. He also developed tools for dynamic pricing, forecasting, and profitability modelling for international vendor programs and business segments, always with a focus on optimising portfolio revenues and returns.
Beyond his technical expertise, Maher has led transformational projects, including finance department re organisations, process re-engineering, due diligence initiatives, and governance oversight of equity and operational joint ventures. His creative, data-driven approach has been key to designing innovative solutions for risk-reward sharing partnerships, such as multi-funding structures, syndication models, and virtual joint ventures.
