Nic is a technology leader with extensive international expertise in IT and business change leadership for asset and auto finance. As European IT Director at Key Equipment Finance, he successfully delivered a technology roadmap to implement a unified ERP solution for a vendor finance business across 15 European countries. As an Interim Manager, he played significant roles in mergers and transformations at Lloyds, HBOS, and Barclays.
Recently, Nic served as Functional Architect at White Clarke Group and Solifi for the CALMS Contract Management System. He led the agile delivery of solutions for international clients and product management towards the SAAS Open Finance Platform.
As an affiliate of Invigors, he designed business processes for the new European captive funder of an office technology manufacturer.
